Nice and helpful staff, I’ve entered the competition to win £250 of Tesco’s Food Vouchers, hope I win, I would give 5 Stars but I’m expecting Robots to be stacking shelves lol.
They left me out of pocket and then barred me for their incompetents when I challenged them and told them they need to put my money back into my bank can't even give them a rating they left me feeling intimidated and scared rude staff and the manager just as bad can't post this without giving a star rating so it's going to have to be a one there six staff on me plus the security guard I did not do anything wrong apart for them over charging me and then said my cash will be back in my bank in 24 hrs even after that still not there then they told me I have to contact head office what's to customers being these days in shops
I didn't even want to put this as a 1 star. Chris the manager has the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced, I had 3 x £10.50 vouchers that I obtained from tesco mobile for getting my sim deal through them, I went to the till after doing my shop and was told after a debate with his own manager that I was unable to use them as they could be fake, if I had the vouchers in my hand and they were printed on a piece of paper with Aldi on the top I would understand but they were on my app. There's nothing more official then the vouchers being on there own technical component. So yeah at the end of the day there were customers going passed me and in the end I was basically being accused of fraud and had to pay the full amount of the shop, I just feel gutted for customers who might not have had the money to finish the purchase. lovely Tesco . And if you ever go in there good luck with your shop and try your best to avoid the Manager.
Small, happy shop. All the essentials are here. Why don't customers close the fridge/feeezer sliding doors? Great staff and selections for the size.
So talk about going around the world to find somewhere to drop off my parcel I end up at the house off horror TESCO I printed out my label finally and I get to the till and the woman behind the till says we can't have your parcel because they have to many and it's health and safety I mean we're did they put that in a manual never going back again what a joke
