I am 8 and a half months pregnant and whoever was on customer services sat 3rd Aug, wouldn’t let me use any kind of toilet. I understand they can’t keep the public ones open all night but there should be some exceptions made for people who are heavily pregnant or disabled. I won’t be using the store again to shop at after tonight, which is a shame as it was my local supermarket.
This review is for the cafe disgusting ordered food then went to get our hot drinks there was flys all over the machines coffee came out warm Went to get a table it wasn’t cleaned and all in all the the eggs were over cooked the black pudding was raw uncooked the toast was rock hard sausage look like they been warmed up But Asda it’s self is good but cafe really needs to sort it out. And by the way £17 pound for a big breakfast and a mini breakfast 2 slices of toast cost £1 And 2 coffees I will be making complains
Used to be my go to shop. Now it gets depressing. Disorder, stuff I buy moved constantly. They make me miss mix and match and pay full price... Sad
Used to be a decent place to shop but now it definitely isn't. It's dirty, there are homeless begging outside, there is rubbish everywhere. And inside the store it's scruffy. The staff are stacking shelves which makes there almost no room to move your trolley. The stock isn't like it used to be and they are forever moving food so you find it hard to find. And finally when you go self service the staff are always talking to each other so if you need them for any assistance, it always takes a age to get notice. I noticed someone has said the same about the staff at self service 3 months ago, so obviously they aren't taking customers seriously. If I were you shop elsewhere.
Normally trusted this place so never checked dates on Bakery as I expect the store to have done this, HOWEVER. On the last occasion I have been in store it put me off going to that specific store as I only noticed when I got home that Bakery never got checked and it was out of date. That is unacceptable. I never believe I would be sold gone off Bakery in asda put me off completely. Standers have seriously drop.nnWouldn't give a star if I could.
