I was racially profiled by staff this morning, while simply purchasing snacks on the way to work, regardless of my presentation business casual clothing I found a middle aged woman shadowing me throughout the store and further watching, over my shoulder, me scanning my items through self checkout and alerting her colleagues of her groundless premonition. I found it very unprofessional and she was abrasive as I left, it made me uncomfortable and disheartened. Better training is needed and basic common decency should be a natural prerequisite.
This Tesco’s is a terrible place. There’s literally one person serving and only one self-service checkout working. Definitely avoid this. If you’re in a rush it is the slowest Tesco’s I’ve ever been to

I would never leave a review on Tesco but they need to train their staff, they are all terrible, they go out of their way to be rude to customers and I have witnessed this happen multiple times.. is there no management here???

I was here on 5th June, and may I say I was very disappointed with the customer service. I lost my clubcard recently, and wasn't sure how I was to obtain a new one, so I asked at the till. I was just referred to a staff member who wasn't working at the till, so. I told him my query. He didn't even answer properly and told me to speak to the manager so another referral. The manager didn't even give me any helpful advice. What are they even there for? At work, if someone asks me something, I have to be knowledgeable about how everything works so I could advise them accordingly. The staff there had no idea of what they were doing, nor even knew the best way to answer my query!
