I bought some beautiful organic eggs the other day. The brand was St Ewe. They were not cheap but I haven't seen better yolks in store eggs anywhere. They were delicious too. Please continue to stock them.
On Friday 22nd at approximately 10.45 p.m. I entered the store to buy milk and cereal, on my way home to Norwich and after working in Thetford on the late shift. I was met by a pleasant security who also engaged with me, politely, on my exiting the store. However, inside the store and bearing in mind it wasn't to close for over an hour, the shelf restocking was in full swing. There were cages everywhere and when I asked, very courteously, a worker if may reach the cereal that I wanted, as she and her cage were in the way, I was met with a sigh and a look of disdain that I didn't expect. After as I was walking down an aisle I was met by two workers, dragging cages of produce, who made no effort to slow or move so that I could pass. I was, in fact, clipped by the second cage as I had so little room to get round them. I was treated as a nuisance rather than the paying customer that I was. If I hadn't just completed a 10 hour shift myself and in pain from my back for which I am on a waiting list to have surgery I would have sought out the manager and complained. Every member of staff I met is a disgrace to your organisation and should be reminded that your paying customers are your lifeblood and not an inconvenience to your restocking. It's not like I'd rocked up 3 minutes before close and sauntered around at leisure having a little peruse. I wanted just to buy what I needed and leave. Instead of this I was delayed, intimidated and generally treated as a nuisance. The only redeeming feature was the security guard at the door who was very pleasant and professional. I will not use your store again, I will dissuade others from using it whenever I can. Your night staff have a real attitude problem and it appears to be systemic. The ironic thing is that the tall guy with the lead cage, and his smaller companion, were both wearing Santa hats. I've never seen two more miserable, snarling Santas in my life. I would have given you zero stars, were it possible. You should be ashamed.
Was looking forward to having something different from Tescos, however, it wasn’t all that great. The bread on the bottom was cold and soggy, the fried eggs on top were quite over cooked, the chorizo pieces scattered around were not cooked and mostly cold. Finally, the avocado on the plate was severely lacking seasoning and taste, was not very good overall as a breakfast.
There is a large and easily accessible car park with adjacent petrol station. They offer a wide range of good quality and good value produce. The staff always seem cheerful and helpful. The toilets are functional and reasonably clean with both male and female options. The coffee shop serves good coffee and a range of edible things. There are a few small outlets inside inlets? including a pharmacy and a photo shop. Cash machines can be found outside for this who like to pay with paper. The only downside is that it can get really busy at times. There is a garden centre and nice walk through woods and along the river Thet just a short way from the car park.
A usual Tesco that has lots of good quality groceries and fish/meat for reasonable prices. Good place to conduct weekly shopping trips.
Pretty much everything you require Cheap fuel as well
The lines in this Tesco must be bad, my dad has been stuck at this Tesco's for around 20 years...hopefully he brings home the single use casserole sachet soon, mums livid
Rude staff. Essentials out of stock. Overpriced petrol. Every little helps.
Another awful shopping experience at my local Tesco. Empty shelves and very few staff. Long waits at checkout.
Courteous and helpful employees, aisles eell marked, displays clean and well organized
