Took half of the staff served checkouts out. Not much choice on the shelves today.. I feel sorry for all staff. Seen as tesco only care about profits and not staff, we'll only be using when really need. We'd rather travel to morrisons, better experience, more checkouts and cheaper fuel.
There are not many tills with staff on them and cash only self serve are limited. The self-serve tills are VERY frustrating and often staff are stood about chatting. It can take a while to get out because you are waiting for the silly self serve.
Have found it best to only use this place when less busy ie late evening due to the masses of oblivious shoppers blocking the aisles chatting/posing/narrating-by-phone and the stock-car track that is the laissez-faire car-park. Staff generally very good and pitifully put-upon such is the lack of manned checkouts and understaffing at the ever-growing self-service areas during the busiest times. NB Whoever keeps directing that the produce areas be moved around to keep us all on our toes wants shooting.
Prices are increasing rapidly. Also, I asked for food to eat in the cafe but they didn't have any of my meal choices available.
Its well set out and easy to find everything you need
Generally a well stocked store. I don't like the cafe, the food I ordered was not great. Also I'm really disappointed with the amount of staff on the checkouts. It's almost as if Tesco no longer want to serve people anymore. The very fact people spend in Tesco as opposed to Aldi or Lidl is that the customer shop is more pleasurable. Now it isn't.
Whent in Saturday no veg .never have people working the tills to match the customers .

Just left the store. Staff waltzing around doing not a lot. Lots of people without masks including the gentleman chatting idly and socially to the Manager whilst using shocking language. Queues at the too few tills open. Only positive was the lady at the till who was polite , helpful and courteous. This place needs a shake up to benefit those people like myself who spend £100.00 a week here.
Shop well stocked. But the cafe let them down. Staff are very rude and unprofessional. There is flys going on the cakes and the food is expensive and not very good. Lady’s have the hair down and not in nets so dangling in food.
