Good store, only reason for four and mot five stars is the really poor parking layout. It gets stuck going back on to the road, so I would avoid trying to go during rush hour if you possibly can. Friendly staff, always willing to help and they also frequently have the food collections there too which is great to be able to help them
Came to swap £15 in coins for notes and left store like potential scammer!...Honestly? Making such a fuss with accepting change at the customer service counter? "Not allowed it's a store rule! " congrats! You won, you prove a point with an "excellent" manner
Smaller branch in the Tesco group. It is located in the centre of Hertford, car park on site with a 2 hour wait limit. Due to size no clothing range but most other things only not in the quantity of a larger store. Pharmacist and Tesco mobile in store. Scanners for self scan are available.
Well what can I say, apart from disappointment and dirty, the men's toilet well it was disgusting, now don't get me wrong the last person who used it and left this dam awful mess you should be ashamed of yourself, now this wasn't fresh either so it had been there a while so tesco cleaners had time to clean, I mentioned this to customer service who was as interested as watching paint dry whilst out side and raining if you get my drift. Thank god its not my normal tesco, but still should still have the same standards but unfortunately this one is well below satisfactory to be honestly.
Nice & helpful staff.only problem there is no ventilation in toilets.

Another visit, not bad, had to use loos, pleasantly surprised, the staff very busy but do help.A good idea free fruit for kids!
Fantastic customer service by Denise and Kerry. Extremely helpful and pointing me in the right direction for pastry and super efficient on the tills. I'm impressed with the standard of efficiency. A pleasure to shop with great customer service.
