"Parents can now book an appointment to come and see us via our website. Social distancing is in place and a hand sanitising station is to be used on entry/exit. We have divided the premises into 3 sections to keep families apart and to protect our staff. Please respect the guidelines put in place and bring minimal people with you when visiting us. If there are to many inside we may have to kindly ask people to wait outside, please bring umbrellas with you as there is no shelter from the sun or rain. Alternatively, you can order online and select delivery or collection at checkout!Kids Connection is situated in the Historic town of Hertford in Hertfordshire where we have been established for 20 years."

I have used Kids Connectors for many years now and I have found that the staff are always amazing and very helpful they go above and beyond to help you out. If they don’t have I in stock it only takes a few days to get it in and they contact you very promptly to let you know it has come in. Plus it is very good quality it’s very hard wearing and washing very well. I have found it to be a lot better then supermarket uniform it might be a little more expensive but definitely worth it in the long run. I would highly recommend them for all your child’s needs in school uniform

Waited 15mins to be seen. I understand they still have covid restrictions in place but i wasnt even acknowledged. The youngsters that work there are not very helpful. When I have used previously the staff where great! Couldn't find my order of 2 skirts and and when they did it was not in a bag and I had no receipt. Hope his doesn't cause a problem as I need to return them both ‍
Went to pick our daughters new secondary school uniform,staff were brilliant, very helpful & patient. They had everything we needed & made good suggestions to help get the right size. We will definitely be back when it's time for our son to get his uniform.
Visited to buy school uniform for my son who will be in Year 7 in September. Located in an industrial unit in Hertford, Kids Connection has a well stocked shop and helpful staff. I thought that the prices were quite good too. There is no parking in the industrial unit itself, but there is a layby on the road outside. Failing that, Hartham Park car park is a stones throw away, as is Sainsbury's although charges may occur for both. Kids Connection is well sign-posted on the estate. You will not get lost. Traffic was slow coming out so try and avoid busy rush hour times. Overall, a pleasant experience. Please note that there could be a stock issue closer to the start of Term.
Reasonably priced school uniforms. They don't let you park in their car park which is a pain but we found a space in Sainsbury's 5 mins walk away and bought snacks in there. The member of staff was very helpful so no complaints there.
Everything in stock and staff are happy and eager to help. Only down fall is the prices, never used to be as expensive but now it really is. I paid £6 for 1 hairband and £24 for a plain black jumper. Not ideal when I have 4 children to kit out.
