Thoroughly disappointed in our visit today, food was meant to be 15-20 minute wait, ended up nearer to 50 (13:32 ordered, 14:16 at the table) by the time it reached the table, sadly the serving staff didn't seem to be too bothered about the delay even when we pointed out that we had 1.5 year old twins who were incredibly hungry by that time and restless. Very few seated tables at the time, roughly 10 tables at most. A big shame. Even if there was to be a foreseen delay due to one of the dishes we could have been advised and chosen something different. When we pointed out the first complaint around 13:55 was told it was being plated up and did we want some more drinks. 10 minutes later still no sign of food. Had to head into the main store and buy some child snacks just to keep the children fed. Not what we expect from a big chain brand but the response at the time was the biggest let down.

Clean and tidy, very helpful staff. Just for once when you order a fried breakfast I would like to be served a good English sausage and not a cheap replacement. Tesco are not alone in this !!!!
