Useful drive through, easy to use and quite convenient for most of central Stafford. There is a car park for those who want to order on foot and tables inside. Also specific parking spaces for those who need to wait briefly for their order - if there is a delay in making your order you can park there and staff will bring it out to you inside. Staff are pleasant and polite even when the place is busy - there can be long queues of cars at times so be prepared to wait in line if it is a busier time, last time I was there was a Wednesday afternoon and I waited around 15 minutes to get through the queue. Overall I recommend this drive thru, it's handy and it is the only burger drive through that is actually in Stafford town, the nearest other one being at the motorway services outside the town itself.

Congestion at counter blocking stairs. Uncultuted imbeciles that do not clear up afterthemselves. Stafford students and idiots that leave their Identity badges around their neck. Swipe access codes thst could lead to thefts.

Manager here is a c*nt if it's still the same one that looks like Ade Edmondson. Staff are mostly fat and r*tarded. Always get your order wrong. Remember me, Ade? Remember how you tried to call the cops on me in your stupid restaurant? I still have your home address.

Love the new touch screen units they make customising your burgers very easy. Also it's nice to see them being freshly out together. Only issue is no lift to get upstairs with kids as all seats downstairs were taken bit no big deal carrying the push chair up

A 84 year old man was outside bleeding deeply and badly. Whilst the college students and the sweet shop members helped the man, the Mc Donald's staff stood and watched even though they have medical supplies and kit. They did no offer to help him or even offer him a drink they did nothing. Very disappointing throughout all members
