Great place and very cheap especially if your a student. Staff super friendly and when we did encounter a problem with the lane the staff sorted it out very quickly. It’s a great atmosphere for a fun and competitive game of bowling. I go at least once a month due to the student discount. However this only applies Monday to Thursday for students.
I loved my experience here. This is probably the best bowling alley I've seen. The lighting is brilliant, the score screen makes the experience feel personal, as the background photo is customizable. It was my birthday, so my photo was up there. That made me feel good. The background music is at just the right volume, and the prices aren't exorbitant. 10/10 would recommend
Been a while since I've been here but boy has it had a revamp! The score machines are now user friendly and you can add your own face to the scoreboard, always a laugh! The drinks service is amazingly quick and you can order to your lane from the app. The manager caught my attention because he was constantly busy whether it was cleaning up spilled popcorn or helping out with a guests problem. We had the pleasure to speak to him and see his bowling skills, he's a pro bowler btw so seems fitting he works in a bowling alley! Definitely recommend for a fun time bowling, they also have an arcade area, escape rooms, laser tag and karaoke rooms!!
Very very busy bowling alley. Big amusements arcade, really nice bowling lanes with cool lighting. Also has an escape room, karaoke rooms and laser quest. The service really let's this place down, notable lack of staff especially behind the bar - literally queuing for 10 minutes for a drink as only 1 person serving. With how busy it is, think they'd need to double their staff to make this place run like clockwork
A good night out but a bit of waiting around as the alley we booked over ran by about 20 odd mins, we arrived early so had already done pool, arcade and drinks. Change machine was empty and they wouldn't give change at the bar so once we'd spent the change we had we was unable to play anymore pool/arcade games. Fun night though
Went to the Houdini escape room which was a wonderful experience. However the service when it came to food was absolutely appalling. An hour and a half waiting for pizza only for the order to be wrong. Waiting even longer for the correct pizza’s to be brought back which wasted even more of our time. Although the staff where apologetic and polite they did not seem to care much, having to remind them on multiple occasions we where waiting on our food was not how you want to be spending your evening. I hope they update their order systems because it was absolutely terrible
Took my son here for a birthday party. Really very staff and helpful. Had 2 hours of bowling unlimited juice and pizza and chips really good value
Amazing place for bowling in...music, atmosphere, arcade games, food, laser tag, escape rooms and not forgetting they even have karaoke I could have been there all day. The manager on shift Tuesday day so helpful, served us at reception, served us at bar and then cooked for us for our lunch. Amazing
Escape room was great. The attendee got really into character! Plan to go back. Bowling wasn't the best. The barriers were broken and the queue for reception was long. Problem wasn't resolved so I just sucked it up and played with a part functioning Lane. I suggest more people in reception to reduce wait times and to better support customers.
Great if you just want a bit of fun. Balls are in bad shape, and the pool tables are way too close together. I had a problem with my order online and their number charges you 13 pence per minute which is odd.
