Spent a great Sunday night here - 2 games for £19 and it was packed, but really friendly with a mixture of student clientele and families, there really was something for everyone.nnThe staff including Paige on the main reception were friendly, approachable and very helpful.nnThe place has been refurbished since I last went but I used to come every week, might need to start going again as I'm well out of practice!nnA range of typical food including pizzas and a full bar also complimented the atmosphere well, along with football being shown live on tv, too and a rather varied playlist of music, too. It's clear tenpin try and make everyone have a good time.nnLooking forward to my next visit.
Always had fun here and been coming for years, brought two friends from uni, one from Belgium and the other from South Africa tonight. We had a blast, bowling plus lots of fun in the arcade and were even treated to some extra free prizes. Can’t complain. If you want something silly and casual in Nottingham then this is always the place :
Had a horrendous experience at the Nottingham ten pin bowling. Worst experience ever. First arrived and need to take my child to toilet the state of them was appalling water in three toilet cubicles including the one that had baby changing facilities. Two hours later I went back to the toilet to find that it was still in that state but worse with another toilet flooded with toilet roll and wee and mess everywhere. I told one member of staff she said she would report it. I then went to check half hour later as I had to change my baby and didn’t want to take a 6 month old in there if their toilets where stil like that and they was so I went and told a different member of staff and he just seemed very blunt rude and just not happy when I was trying to tell him what the problem was with the toilets all he kept saying was first I’ve heard of it and yep ok. That’s when we decided to leave. I know for a fact toilets in a place like this should be checked every hour to make sure that they are safe and hygienic which unfortunately today they weren’t safe or hygienic. It wasn’t safe for me to take a baby to get changed as the water was everywhere. The food was also horrendous had the large combo meal and two kids meal. The food was horrible the chicken was like mush in side and didn’t even taste like chicken and it has made me sick. I’ve not ate all day so I know for a fact that it was the food that’s made me sick. To make matters worse we can’t even get hold of someone to speak to them if they have cctv in the car park as someone has gone into the side of our car and not left a note or anything. If I could I would leave 0 stars. We normally have a good time here but after this today 16/02/2026 we most definitely won’t be coming back here again
Staff helpful and welcoming. A little wait to be served, however it was rather busy. There were a few tables/alley tables that were waiting to be cleaned. Plenty of parking. Can be quite expensive through the week as a family if you can't get one of the deals available. Arcade area has something for everyone. We would visit again.
Not as cripplingly expensive as other sites. Lane booths were ok, but cramped and needed a wipe down during change over of customers.nnWe did the bowl and eat deal, food was tasty but smallish portions - more like kids happy meals than adult portions.
