Absolutely stunning! The bowling itself is quite expensive compared to other venues, but you certainly get a far better experience for your money. The alleys themselves are superb, absolutely immaculate and bang up to date. Not a single chip in any of the balls and the computer system is very easy to use (the ability to turn bumpers on for some players but turn them off for others was very impressive). Friendly, professional staff wait on you so you don't have to interrupt your fun.

We also bought a £20 arcade voucher with our bowling. I would HIGHLY recommend doing so, the arcades are incredible. All machines and games are up to date and in superb condition.

We will certainly be returning after Christmas.

Had a drink and meal here yesterday. Our food was very late due to a mistake by the waiter but made ok because the manager Andy was very polite and he even helped our young son find the last clue on the egg hunt while we waited for our lunch, so I'm giving a high score due to the staff being so nice and polite, the veggy burgers being so tasty and the good vibe in the place. We will definitely come again.

Friends 40th birthday upgraded to VIP 
The staff were fantastic especially Steph and Ashley who really did treat us like the VIP'S we are lol. Thank you so much guys !

I have a son who is Severely allergic  to eggs and nuts and it was his football teams Christmas night bowling. So as a parent I have the issue of food to contend with. Made a call to Hollywood bowl two days previous  and was redirected to a call centre who told me what food my son could have and what he couldn’t, assured me she would mail me the allergy chart and inform them at Derby on his booking . That didn’t happen !!! Went in tonight and spoke to the chief a manager and a waitress they assured me all was good. The order was messed up and my son was served a meal he couldn’t have eaten  and the rest of the teams meals were either wrong or missing. After two more attempts I kindly told the manager I’d lost faith in them !! My son had nothing to eat  he’s 10 years old hand he was very excited to go but  I’ve had to take him to McDonald’s on the way home to cheer him up.. Please if you say you cater for allergy suffers you need to try harder !! Won’t dine again there.

Great place for bowling, although 40 minutes wait for 2 hotdogs is a bit of a joke.our food was left under the hot plate for 20 minutes, when I told the staff about the issue I was told not to worry the food will be ok.
