Went here for the 'Monday Madness'. Great value for 7 of us - had an hour and a half of bowling. Kids loved it!! Have a look on website as they do great offers everyday. Facilities clean and staff friendly. Also have free parking at the back of the building
Although the bowling itself was fine, I did find the reception staff seemed to be rather lacking in customer care. I asked over the phone about pricing, to see if it would be cheaper to hire the lane than pay per person and I was told "I'm sure you can work it out" on arrival I asked about barriers to be told its all on the screen whilst bowling...I haven't been bowling in years and always though you had to wear bowling shoes so was odd seeing the bowling shoes but not being asked for sizes etc, I assume this isn't something they do anymore. It was very expensive and I can think of far superior local activities that would keep the kids entertained for far longer and for far less money.
In a leisure industry, customers care is important if people want to come back, the girl at reception hasn't any, since she doesn't want to be there, however the girl at the coffee place, brilliant customer care. It was i gave 4 stars.
Great place lots of fun for all the family And you can get food and drinks at fair prices give them a go they will bowl you over
Always clean, the staff are helpful. Easy to use screens which you can connect to your phone to update. Bumpers go up and down automatically for each individual person. Scores emailed to you as soon as you finish. The food is good with nice portion sizes and there is a bar.
Pricey for what it is, run down and tired in a lot of places, toilets are an absolute shambles with obviously no hourly checks done with toilet paper everwhere and god knows what else, parking a nightmare too and never enough spaces for such a big venue, won't be returning, not enough variety of different sized balls, even after asking for a certain size medium ball was all we wanted, can go other bowling places a lot better for the same price. Only postive was food in the laneside diner was tasty and hot
Great place, it's central location means its a great place to meet with friends & family. Always nicely busy
Definitely gone downhill since I last visited. Prices are outrageous, food and drink offerings mediocre. The only positive I can think of is the bowling software is up to date.
Been here several times now for ten pin bowling competition for my son. Nice place. Prices are reasonable for bowling and for the food/drinks.
Great. Love bowling. Fantastic outing for the kids to. Prices are reasonable and the place is very clean and hygienic.
