I recently visited Tenpin Star City, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The customer service was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The bowling lanes were in excellent condition, and the atmosphere was vibrant and fun. We had a blast competing against each other, and the automated scoring system made it easy to keep track of our scores. The lighting and music added to the excitement, creating a lively and enjoyable environment. In addition to bowling, Tenpin Star City offers a variety of other entertainment options. We spent some time in the arcade, which had a great selection of games for all ages. The pool tables were well-maintained, and we enjoyed a few friendly matches. The cleanliness and overall maintenance of the facility were top-notch. The staff were constantly tidying up and ensuring everything was in order, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, Tenpin Star City is a fantastic place for a fun day out with family and friends. The combination of excellent customer service, great entertainment options, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit destination. Highly recommended!
It's a nice location that has a multitude of game areas, a big lounge area to have drinks and watch some sports on their Tv's and a Karaoke place to relax with your friend singing some greatest hits. Great place to come with your family and friends. Games that you can play from a single player, two players co-op and multiple players. You can't get bored at all and prices are affordable. Thank you guys
Overall pleasant experience. We initially played on the game machines, but quickly found some were faulty which was frustrating but staff were happy to place a pound on a different game. However if a game is faulty then I would expect a sign on it. Decent range of games and we'll set out, we also played bowling again, nice clean and tidy lanes and equipment worked well. I would recommend it.

This is a lovely place. A parking lot big enough for cars - free. Lots of activities, you don't have to pre-book except bowling and a few others. Just have your coins to enjoy your choice of activities. Hooping, bowling, table tennis, arcade machines, escape rooms, and lots more. Just have your coins between 20p-£3. Availability of change machines within the facility, changes into 20p, £1, etc. Game time per coins is considerably fair. Overall, a nice place to have fun for adults and children.
Didn’t have a good experience at the arcade. Ticket counting machine would simply restart after having put in 20+ tickets. This would happen so many times. Asked for help, but most of the staff are so rude. Someone came to fix it and went on to the second machine right next to it that was also having the same issue, I told him it still wasn’t working and he said he had other machines to tend to. I understand he was busy, but what was I supposed to do? Cut my losses after having spent so much on the games? We lost so many tickets. If you play to try to win them, count them manually as the machines don’t work.
We come to bowl here quite regularly at least once a week, and generally have a great time! However, we have recently had a couple of occasions where the lanes clearly haven't been well taken care of / oiled properly, meaning that we've been left quite disappointed with the experience on those occasions - this is particularly noticeable on lanes 1 and 21. Overall we would highly recommend coming here, although the lanes could definitely do with some better care to make the experience 5/5 stars!

we booked on the spot and was super fun the areas nice and though the cash mashine didnt work inside tenpin, the worker redirected us to the machine right outside so it all worked out fine the arcade is super fun we won so many tickets and bought the pandora rip off bracelets my sisters broke tho and its hardly been 24hrs but overall SUPER LOVELY
