Never been here before,was recommended by a friend and safe to say we shall be returning. This bowling alley did no disappoint on cleanliness. The atmosphere was amazing, not too busy and we got a Lane straight away. My girls loved it. Great friendly staff too which made the experience even more worthwhile. Always love to visit this place. One of the best bowling games centre in Birmingham. I would suggest to visit with you loved once.
Lane 18 was broken. Pin stuck in gutter, staff didn't help, told us to knock the pin out ourselves so had to keep rolling into gutter to clear it 6/7 times in a 15min period. By this point got annoyed, complained again, they moved us to another lane and restarted us and half-way through that game the barrier came down and the ball hit it and rolled back and stopped in the middle, staff had to walk along middle and kick it back towards us. Lane 17 decided to stop completely, no pins, no barrier, just nothing. We were accused of going over the line.. We did not do that. My time was already restricted as I we had plans after, staff were not helpful until they had no choice to be. Bumped into a neighbour, who turned up at 4.30, no booking with kids, only 4 lanes in action, the rest were all free and empty, he was told to wait until 6pm... He had to have a word and they finally allowed him a game.. We will be avoiding this place. Awful customer service, a lot of time wasted. A fuss has to be made before they offer to resolve an issue.

I have nothing but praise for this place. As a youth professional bowler, coming here may not have the greatest arcade but it hits exactly what the best bowling experience is like. If there are any worries about the lanes, don't fret to ask any of the staff around as they are all welcoming to criticism and supporting others. Their food is also incredible and the toilets are clean every time I enter with lots of room. They also have a gutter guard button where you put the names in. If you miss it, then you can ask the staff or go to 'player menu' and admin 'players' to select gutters. Definitely come and check this place out if you just want some bowling and food and all around an enjoyable time
Nice place with friendly stuff.Big play area.Place for drinking.Parking area and disabled people can enter.Good for family weekend.A little big prices.And need some stuff to help people who came first time.
My baby grand daughter pushed a ball and it got stuck. so my older grand daughter went to reception and 2 lady’s were there and told her to ”hop over and get it”. so she hopped over the line and fell and sprained her wrist. Awful place. My husband bowled 6 games and validated his parking only to receive a parking ticket. As he paid cash on the day we have no evidence to provide. When we contacted the bowling alley we have been told there is no record of anybody bowling 6 games, and they were uninterested in helping whatsoever! Will not be returning
I wouldn't bother with this place at all, bowled 6 games here and received a parking ticket for the pleasure, i entered my reg into their system as instructed, recieved a fine and had to appeal as intructed by the centre the appeal was rejected and i wasn't notified so the fine now goes to debt recovery i ask the staff at the centre to help with the situation and they state they have no evidence of me bowling there even though my bank statement does they weren't willing to check cameras to offer proof to the parking company or even just give them a call on my behalf to strengthen my appeal i'm now £148 down to park at a run down bowling alley with unfriendly dismissive staff who wouldn't lift a finger to help a patron who was unfairly treated so unless you want a nice dent in your wallet and an overall bad experience i'd steer clear of this place and go somewhere that the parking system works and the staff are actually useful if i could give it no stars i would
Great place to play bowling and having a nice time it's clean, not expensive and they have also a parking in front of the building no need to go far to park your car you can book online too
