Tenby Taxis provided all our transfers for our recent walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.  The office staff and drivers were polite, friendly and helpful, making our holiday even more enjoyable. They were flexible over our exact pick up points and we were kept informed when the driver was slightly delayed. We would definitely use them again.

Me & my husband needed a taxi asap back to Derbyshire. I rang this taxi firm &within half hour we were on our way home. The driver could not have been nicer & very kind &careing. The taxi was very clean & comfortable for our long journey. We had free WiFi & bottles of water at no extra cost. The driver bless him asked if we needed any shopping for when we got home.

Didn't turn up and left us in the rain waiting for 45mins+ without an update

Stuck and with little option had to face sarcasm from the lady that answered the call and when the taxi turned up were told we'd have to pay £50 up front before we were taken anywhere, despite the original quote being estimated at a lower price. Driver was nice enough though! Bless him.
