Asked for a quote for a job to B'ham x2. Promised quote. Two weeks later still no quote. Told to find someone else. Why couldn't they have been honest right at the beginning and say they weren't interested in the job. Poor service causing great inconvenience. Beware.

Used Matts Cabs for the first time on Saturday. Polite lady answered phone and the taxi arrived as arranged. Taxi driver was great and we will definitely be using again. Thank you .

Absolutely shocking attitude from the phone line operator over the fact a school contract was forgotten by a driver and 4 children left with no transport. No mention by the driver that all contracts must go through their office when he took the booking and money. Apparently customers should know this. Disgusting customer service. I couldn't speak to the owner as I was hung up on in a very rude manner so I'm reporting this to the council..

Charged 3 pound each way from house to pub 2 weeks ago, today charged 5 pound each way ! Phoned owner of company who told me they should have only charged you 4 pound but she will have a word with drivers but they will not reimburse me the difference ! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE Joe public BEWARE. RIP OFF !
