I phoned and booked a cab to take me to the station for my train to London the next day. I had to go out of my way to phone as their was no phone reception where I was staying. The cab didn't arrive and when I eventually got through by phone I was told 'it's not my fault darling.' Appalling service, added 5 hours to my travel time, no apology and outdated and insulting company behaviour. I will never use again.
