Not sure what all these negative comments are about. We ordered two American large pizzas with two portions of chips last night, and it was literally the best pizza you could have. Also, the service was very polite.Food: 5/5

I ordered for delivery and the deliverer was rude and threw my pizza on the ground and refused to give me a refund. Then proceeded to say inappropriate things in front of my children. A fingernail was sticking out of the crust when we took a closer look. Absolutely disgusted.
The guys at Telepizza were brilliant, the food was perfect heat and they made the changes we wanted and it came perfectly packaged! Well done guys, keep up the good work
Ordered garlic bread. Nice and friendly atmosfer however Garlic bread was just like a burn toast full of butter and salt and far from a garlic flavored. I would really suggest to adding a garlic.
Awful. After ordering off just eat they called and said we would have to pay an extra £2 for delivery to stretford or our order would be cancelled. We recieved what was suppose to be a chicken calzone.. the meat was not chicken. Sure there were shreds of chicken in it but most of the meat was what tasted like duck it was brown, tasted gamey and salty Called the restaurant and the manager was very rude and said it cant be duck as they dont serve it and went on about he is the only one who goes to the market blah blah and that it was definately chicken. Well pal, it was not chicken. Not at all.
after two hours of waiting for my delivery, it never arrive but they claimed they had delivered it. they said they rung my doorbell. i don’t have a doorbell. they refused to give my money back. would give negative stars if i could. don’t order from here.
**AVOID! They don't even deserve a minus rating. Placed an order last night at 5pm. At 9pm we were bombarded with abusive and threatening calls stating we'd purposely paid with a fake £20 note recently obtained from a cash point I may add and how we must pay again. When we refused we had an intimidating 'visit'.. hammering on the windows and trying to boot the front door in. Absolutely disgusting behaviour resulting in cracked front door - Police informed and treating as criminal damage. AVOID!**
Useless when I try order off just eat they always cancel the order thinking the food is on the way an hour later. And then when we try calling they tell me to only pay card and not cash! Doesn't make sense, also telling me I messed up orders from a few weeks ago when we never ordered from her before. Never try to order food from this place not worth the hassle
