It was their second branch in the Arndale not only is it impossible to alter some of the ingredients in their smoothies to fit your dietary needs the staff are rude! I went to ask a girl at the till today and she was so rude to me, it’s a hit or miss but today made me definitely not want to go back ever again, I miss the old smoothie place in arndale at least we had options now it boost everywhere and their rude untrained staff that puts you off, like if I’m paying £7+ for a smoothie the least I can get with it is decent customer service, we all are a part of society it doesn’t hurt to be nice, I don’t recommend you’ll be disappointed

I came to this store for the first time ever. I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I decided to use the self checkout so I could have a look at some of the options. While ordering the women called Karen kept asking what I was having but when I told her I wasn’t sure she seemed annoyed. When I finally ordered she told me I hadn’t done it right and was incredibly rude about the situation. She spoke down to me when fixing my mistake and was not nice at all. I do not think the way she spoke to me was acceptable when I had only followed the instructions on the machine and had no idea what I was doing. As someone who works in a customer service role I know that this is no way to speak to a customer. Honestly I don’t know if she was just having a bad day but I still think she is a bad look on the brand. definitely won’t be returning after this.

I visited Boost on Saturday evening and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the fruit salad drink, which was recommended by Karen, the lady who served me. She kindly allowed me to try the drink first, which was a really nice gesture. The customer service was absolutely lovely, and I highly recommend this branch. First time in Manchester today, me and my partner had just had food and wanted a smoothie. Absolutely clueless to what we wanted so we went to self checkout just to have a browse and it’s more convenient for us. Before we’ve even paid or selected what we want, Karen, an obnoxious nasty piece of work begins saying what are yous getting with a very rude tone, me and my partner still not sure so we can’t exactly tell her, and she seemed annoyed, no patient. Plenty complaints about Karen but she still seems to work here, rude to me and my girlfriend, people like that need sacked. I won’t be back, Karen’s nasty. Wouldn’t wish to be served by anyone like that ever again and will be taking this further!

Refreshing and definitely perfect on the hot summers day that I was there with my little brother. We got the peanut choconana and it was quite tasty. A little thick but could definitely taste the protein . Would definitely recommend!Food: 4/5

Very good boost juice, however the service let me tell you. The store manager Karen rolled her eyes at me and sighed when all I asked for was a simple orange juice. Frankly I was disgusted and disappointed as the other store is fantastic and the customer service is much better. Boost 3/5 Karen -1000/5Food: 3/5

Come here consistently and decided to try the new store upstairs, was waiting for my drink when I overheard the manager with dark hair ask another member of staff to go for a chat, the staff member asked politely if they could have the chat in the store where they were stood and the manager became very aggressive and rude telling the other staff member blonde hair that she’s refusing to talk to her. Other customers and I were giving each other looks because it was completely out of order and undeserved - I’ve heard comments from this manager before but usually brush it off as maybe she didn’t realise she was being blunt but after seeing the confusion on the blonde girl’s face and the general response from others who witnessed this I’ve come to realise that this manager isn’t suitable for her role. I’ve never left a review for anywhere but can’t find an email to put a complaint in so here I am. Don’t think I’ll be coming again for a while, the blonde lady has always been pleasant with myself and my kids and the way she was treated was disgusting

The staff are amazing and friendly. They help you with any information in terms of nutrition information or dietary requirements. They go far beyond their expectations and go out of their way to even provide a sample of one of their drinks. The drinks are delicious and are most definitely worth the price, think of it as going to a fancy restaurant and asking for the tastiest smoothie you can ever drink. It's that!  I'm not a regular but have bought a odd one every once in a while and they are worth at least giving a try of the sample. Along with their customer service, they can assist you with your own custom smoothy on the kiosk touch screen and help you with information.  I know this is only 1 person's opinion but if one can share their experience and they believe people should at least try, give them a go at the very least. I ordered a large blueberry blast with extra fruit and it was amazing. I used the new touch screen to order and it'll take some getting used to but I like it. The staff member who helped me use it was very friendly and service was quick. 10/10Food: 5/5

Ordered a juice with beetroot, apple, carrot and banana, juices 80% of the juice on carrot , one beetroot, 1 apple and one banana. The taste is not what I was expecting.  Also the outlet looks run down and not well maintained.
