It's terribly poor when it's busy as there is no crowd management and ordering of a single item e.g. a wrap can take nearly twenty minutes with missing item twice. Manager wasn't bothered and although offered another one I did have time to wait It's been better when it's quiet as the staff can actually concentrate on getting order right, and email support has been a lot better
Sooooooo soooo abysmally awful, slow, painfully slow and can’t ever get an order right! Always throw the fries in so they’re all at the bottom of the bag too. Always forget sauce too, even the ones you pay for. Always find hair in the food, can maccies not make sure their staff wear hair nets instead of having their long locks waving around all over the food? There was no nuggets available which was odd.. I’m at fault at this point as I’m the fool who keeps returning!
Was completely shocked to see 2 managers stood there wilst the chef in kitchen was moping the floor and touching the dirty mop bucket and then made my burger without washing his hands .. they took burger from him and tried to hand it me like it was normal… as a manager of one of the restaurant on the Trafford centre that completely shocked me I had to tell them he just made my burger without washing his hands .. shocked and disgusted
Very busy place but enjoyed it with my nephew who loves going Kid-friendliness: Very child friendly with tablets to play on
20 minute wait for a couple of cheese burgers that looked like they'd been stepped on and a warm coke... Yea, I won't bother againFood: 2/5
attended early in the morning with a hungry stomach and decided i would like to indulge in a lovely sausage and egg mcmuffin. i received my meal with the upmost speed it was rather quiet which i was delighted by… however, upon opening my sausage and egg mcmuffin i discovered that my sausage and egg mcmuffin was eggless! As an egg enthusiast i am disappointed in this as i was quite looking forward to biting into my muffin and seeing that white and yellow goodness placed within.
As far as McDonald's go was just standard .....extremely busy and Fries were cold when I got them and I asked for wrap of day with grilled chicken but got crispy coated in staead
Nice to treat yourself to a breakfast meal. Plenty of seating in the Trafford Centre to sit and people watchFood: 5/5
It was all-right. Fish finger happy meals were decent just a shame about the fish looking over cookedFood: 3/5
Terrible food temperature as cold as ice, no taste, lcd not working for checking order, took ages all ice cream turned water, staff shouting numbers, people standing in front of your food dribbling or playing with nose, no discipline, so much disgusting, left with stomachache, no one could finish the food we gave up
