Superb company that is a key player in the UK Japanese car enthusiasts scene. Prices are always low, customer service is outstanding, spares quality is top notch, staff are very knowledgeable, goods are always shipped fast and really well packed. This is as good as it gets! My highest recommendation. Thanks Tegiwa for making it possible to keep my Honda going.
Ordered a HKS exhaust 2 weeks ago which was shown as in stock with the supplier. I called for the 4th time today trying to get an update after being promised delivery over ago. Still no update and very tired of calling/emailingnnUpdate - in the end Elliot helped me resolved the issue and I just received the exhaust today. Sadly TNT didnt collect on time which led to further delays but I am thankful for Elliots help and genuince care throughout the process.nnI've ammended this to 3 stars as the delivery did still take 3 weeks to arrive as Tegiwa were waiting to amass a large HKS stock order and I feel Tegiwa could have made an effort to deliver direct from supplier earlier. However this does not reflect the customer service which i feel was far better.
Always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when I've needed assistance with product queries. Prices are reasonable and they have now introduced a loyalty points scheme which seems good. Only advise would be is to keep on top of lead times for products to avoid people getting frustrated
Have been ordering parts for the last 2 years. Never an issue and all top quality parts, always willing to help wherever they can and put the customers first! Called up today regarding a part I had ordered and not being in stock, quickest turn around and they sourced one and got it on the way to me. Couldn’t recommend anyone better to get your Honda/jap parts from!
I have ordered parts from them since the beginning. Jim is a legend and they are always willing to help. Top guys and awesome cars.
