Exceptional service from these two lads! After hitting a pothole near Alton Towers and receiving no assistance from the RAC, I reached out to them, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They provided an accurate wait time and even went the extra mile by arranging for a friend to deliver two tires since they didn’t have them on the van. Truly above and beyond the call of duty. AVOID!ncheap knockoff China tyres, terrible on the road!ntook a Honda civic here with all metal alloys which may i state were in perfect condition before hand, when getting home and taking a closer look at them, every single one was damaged all around and is quite clearly done by the tyre balancer. when confronting the shop they denied all knowledge and responsibility saying they were already like that. rude and definitely wouldn't go here again,nnEDIT: in response to what you have replied, this isn’t Shannon this is her partner as unlike Shannon if this was my car I certainly wouldn’t have just left it. If you believe that all 4 ALLOYS were curbed all the way round before coming to you then you are delusional, if you manage to do this damage then you need to hand your driving license back in. YOU caused this damage and are unwilling to be held accountable so therefore my review will stand and is completely honest unlike your dishonest company. I have no idea why she even offered to go halves on the new alloys as I certainly wouldn’t be paying for your mistake, it’s even funnier that on pictures you have uploaded your self, damage can also be seen on the alloys of the vehicles in the photos. And regarding the tax evasion I would also stand by what she said, the total for the 4 tyres I believe came to £220 of which £200 was paid by cash and the other £20 was paid by card, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just the £20 that got reported to HMRC, while on the topic your accounts for the year also make for good reading. If you don’t want to take responsibility for the damage you caused and want to try and out us for being a liar when that is false I have no issue taking this further. Also don’t worry I’ve took the liberty of sharing the photos for you. MY PREVIOUS COMMENT STILL STANDS AVOID THIS “TYRE FITTER” ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE METAL ALLOYS AND VALUE YOUR MONEY AND VEHICLE
