Outstanding service from the get go !! Dealt with jack and he couldnt of been more helpful !! I arranged my own recovery using a recommended service from jack and once the car was dropped off both jack and any of the technicians that worked on my car had it in and out far quicker than expected handled the car exactly as id expect if not better !! Cant fault the service given and this is coming from someone whos been in the trade and would normally only work on my own cars .. will use vasstech teesside again with out a doubt !!Service: Transmission
Took my car for a oil change which cost £165, Only for me to log into my cars tracking app on my iPhone to read off the device that the mechanic took my car out for a drive and was doing 81mph in a 40mph zone. You expect a garage like this to treat your car with respect and do the job properly not for your car to be ragged about the industrial estate like it’s silverstone race track Would totally not recommend taking your car here as clearly they are very unprofessional and disrespectful Ridiculous.Service: Oil change
Great service every time at Vasstech and reasonably priced too. They have their specialist makes but highly recommend even if you don't drive a VW/Audi/Skoda as they've never had an issue with my Fiesta.
Had a MOT and basic service on my car for the first time at this garage and I'm very please. Easy to book my car was picked up on time and later in the day dropped off, they was none of the usual extortionate repairs which you normally get at other garages which I'm thankful for. I now realise I've been going to the wrong garage all these years. Can recommend Vasstech Teesside and will use again.Service: Oil change

The customer service at this garage really impressed me. Both admin staff, Jack and Libby were fantastic.Not only was I provided with a desk, wifi and a water cooler which allowed me to do some work whilst waiting for my car but both Jack and Libby were more than happy to answer all questions and have conversations. Will definitely look to come back in the future :

Booked my Golf in for it's timing belt and water pump to be changed - Vasstech charged significantly less than the main dealer only a few miles away whilst still using genuine parts. Courtesy car was provided free of charge, and the staff accommodated my request to leave the old parts in the boot it's something I do with every new garage I use. Job was done in good time and the service was great. I'll definitely be back.
