Excellent customer service. We were very happy with Lucy's , Haley's nd other team members' service. They are professional and well organised to find you an industrial job and providing the necessary training.
First they will give you job and then after 4 days they will tell you there is no more work at that place so you don’t have to go in that company. And everyday they will join new people at same place. They are playing with your career. Don’t trust them, don’t join any jobs from team jobs
approached this agency for a job unfortunately it was too far away so I asked them to find me other jobs in a closer vicinity and was told they have no jobs available in pool Bournemouth and Christchurch. as a job hunting agency that is completely appalling I will search myself from now on it's not that difficult :

I have been with teams for 2 months now…after dealing with a rubbish agency previously I’m glad to say my faith has been restored in temp work! Ebony at teams has assisted me in every step of the way in my journey to hopefully getting a perm role, she’s listened and actioned when needed and always at the end of a call/text. TeamJobs really is what it says on the tin, we all get on and love working as part of a TEAM! I can honestly says it's the best place I have worked, I started here not knowing much at all about Recruitment and I have had great training and support which has got me to where I am today - 1 year on! The workplace is vibrant, fun and we always feel appreciated!
Amended to 3 stars, because after my initial bad experience I have been contacted by the Operations Manager, who was very kind and helpful. She assured me TeamJobs aims to be more welcoming in the future and that better training will be available to staff. I am hopeful that all individuals can be comfortable seeking out their help and will be treated with more patience in the future.
Please avoid this company, there is no support and job security. I have worked for this company for just over three weeks, I was promised full time hours at a particular warehouse location. The job was cancelled and I was notified about this via a text message - not even a phone call or an email. They are extremely unprofessional and really don't care about job security. Over the three weeks of being employed, I have only worked 4 days!! This has left me in a very distressed and in an difficult financial situation. After dismissing all TeamJobs staff from the warehouse location I mentioned, TeamJob staff have made no effort to find another position. I have phoned them and they offered me one week worth of employment at Addo food company in Poole, I was reliefed to know I have secured at least some money. However, again they cancelled all staff one day before the start date. Since then I have not heard from them. Please, please avoid it if you need money and secure job. Other than this my experience with them was really unpleasant: they text you instead on calling which is hugely unprofessional, they speak to you like you are their friend or something - when I called about a job some lady was just like "do you have mates that you can get on the job because I need to send 15 people to a warehouse". Super unprofessional! The people that work there are all young and seem like they have very little experience and care for what they are doing.
Do not use this agency they are everything wrong with recruitment companies they’ll tell you that you’ve got work land you a job and then not tell you that it’s only for a week and then let you know on the weekend that you don’t have work Monday so you can’t find anything else they mess you around and have no decency or common courtesy for any human beings ! AVOID THIS AGENCY WHATEVER YOU DO
