I have found Rubicon to be a warm , friendly and extremely professional company to deal with. It doesn’t appear to matter with whom you speak, as each and every member of the team greets you with a smile and pleasant greeting every time. My dealings have mostly been with Melissa and Jess and they have both been amazing and very helpful. From my initial meeting with Melissa, through to my pre-interview chat with Jess, I couldn’t have asked for more time and guidance from either of them. They have been so supportive and kind. Thank you ladies. In summary, a real gem of a company. One which will do everything they can to help you, starting with warmth and courtesy the minute you walk in. Superb!

What a fabulous recruitment company! Like none others I have used before. I was straight out of university looking for my first 'adult' job and they couldn't have helped me more. I dealt with a few lovely ladies however it was Harriet that secured me my position. They were all so approachable, friendly and proactive, which is exactly what you want from your recruiter. Before I new it I had an interview lined up, then a taster day and just a few weeks later from walking in the Rubicon door they had successfully found a job that suits me perfectly. Thank you to all for helping me in my career and I would recommend to anyone.

June 2017: Rubicon has been fantastic! I first visited in January 2017 when I had recently left a job and I spoke with Adelle. She was very helpful and kept me informed about potential Temp job opportunities. She organised my interview for my current position and I got the job! This was within a couple of weeks of first visiting Rubicon. I would thoroughly recommend this service to anyone looking for work as the team have helped me at every step along the way. Update: 25/04/2018: After leaving my job in January to change career and to apply for a university course in September, I hoped to carry out volunteering work and prepare for my course while temping. I approached Adelle again and she was more than happy to help me again and found me a temp job I was well-suited to very quickly.

Melissa really listened and understood what I was looking for and didn't just put me forward to any number of roles. The first (and last) role she did put me forward for was a really good match for my requirements and I was offered the job. The team have been great in following up and I had a great conversation with Sam - customer care. Overall it has been a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

The best recruiters I have dealt with to date! 10/10 Luke Hickson contacted me after seeing my CV online and matching it to a vacancy with a local business. This has been the first instance where I feel a recruiter has genuinely reviewed the needs of both parties and as a result of this and the honest, dedicated professional service provided by Luke and the team I have since been in contact with the business and accepted a job offer. Throughout our discussions Luke has had the best interest of both parties at heart and has always been open, clear and understanding with communications.
