So i am actively looking for work, and thought i should maybe sign on just to keep my national insurance up to date.. So i make an appointment... it is in 2 weeks time! I have since found a job and i wish to do the right thing and cancel my appointment this moring but not a single contact number given or offered works, its a fax number? Very poor service.. as i have been unable to cancel my appointment for this morning, i am so dissatisfied with the lack of service and the incorrect ways to help me actively cancel my appointment. Please sort out the service and data you have on line.. as the numbers are incorrect and you have made my morning very stressful trying to do the right thing to inform you i wish to cancel. A Very soul destroying and unhelpful service. I have wasted over 5 hours filling out the on line forms.. to waste an hour this morning to try and contact you. No wonder people seeking assistance become so frustrated and annoyed.

If you treat the staff with respect then you are treated with respect. If you go in with an attitude then of course you will have issues. Staff have always been very helpful and understanding to me.

I tried phoning the number they give to phone but it's for a fax machine. Not helpful.
