I don't think i will ever do business with CURRY'S Kilmarnock again,because i tried to buy a washing machine online but because i am not computer literate i failed 3 times so i decided to go into my local branch the next day. When i explained this to Darren manager he said that he couldn't give me £20 off the delivery charge that the CURRY'S employees had all offered me the day before. Darren needs to go back and learn some people skills.
Was looking for new tv, guy was helpful and not pushing for me to get a more expensive one. Answered my question as I wasn't sure on smart TV.
I asked a few questions about the product i was after..the assistant was very helpfull..ì felt confident to purchase my item which worked just as the advisor had explained
On line order made by in store operative for a freeview box 5th Nov 2022; £120 taken from my account; order not placed, goods not received. Currys still have not returned my £120, 19 days hence. Considering reporting this to my bank as fraudulent activity.
They arranged to have my issues sorted very quickly, Thank heavens for cover plans mine turned out to be irreparable and I received a same model but new machine!!!!! They brought me a chair to sit on as I was feeling unwell, but they were SO QUICK I didn't need the chair!!!! I Highly recommend Currys PC World!!!!!
Went to Kilmarnock store as Dumfries store was very unhelpful and rude. We were served by Tobi what a difference very helpful and pleasant.
Bought a flavel cooker there is a compartment for storage the door has been glued on the door has fell off I have tried to get in contact with the store but no success
Not much choice of small freezers. Bought it all the same as was in a rush. I wudnt go here if I had an alternative choice.
The young man was very helpful ,and had plenty off time for us ,setting up the watches.
Click and collect service fast and easy. Staff member came out and put the order into the car without any problem.
