Joe is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our Velux windows were expertly and tidily fitted, the end result is fabulous. Would recommend very highly without any reservations.
I used J&M Home Improvements to fit cladding and replacement windows in my property. From my initial meeting with Joe and Martyn I knew I was talking to a very experienced and professional company. On acceptance of the quote the work was completed on time and to the highest standard. Joe and Martyn will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer and their attention to detail is outstanding. I had requested quotes from other local companies who didn’t even bother to reply to me. I am so pleased to have found J&M and will be using for all my home improvement projects in the future.
Joe and his boys came to install a new porch for us and I can honestly say it was the best decision we've ever made regarding our home! They worked tirelessly and to a really high standard and were a joy to have around. Because you're dealing with small family business and not a large company, everything felt personal and you felt like they really cared about their work. They helped with every aspect of the project and nothing was too much trouble. Will be using them again without hesitation as the results were awesome! Highly recommended.
Joe and his son Martin did a fantastic job removing our old, useless sun tunnel and installing a Velux one. They were polite, efficient, friendly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They had anticipated needing some replacement roof tiles and came prepared with matching ones for the job. The resultant light in a windowless study is great. I would highly recommend them.
Great communication throughout. Turned up on time on the day they said. Replaced our old Velux windows with new triple glazed ones. Took great care to protect carpets, furniture etc. and cleaned up superbly when they’d finished. You’d never know they had been, if not for the two new windows. Great service and excellent finish to their work. Highly recommended.
Joe & his son recently replaced 4 of our dated and worn out Velux Windows. Both of them were fantastic. They were polite, friendly and kept us informed and up to date throughout. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. I will definitely be getting quotes from them again in the future.
I would highly recommend this company I could not have been more delighted with the quality of the work that Joe and Martin applied to the removal and replacement of 3 large velux windows 2 of which were in a very awkward position. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, polite, efficient and extremely good at what they do. I would not hesitate to use their services again thanks Joe and Martin very much

Joe and Martin recently replaced our porch, it looks fantastic, a really great job. The quality of finish is brilliant. A really good company to deal with, arrived when they said and straight to work, after a coffee! I would definitely recommend J&M, but remember to factor in a coffee budget.
Have been using J & M home improvements for many years, Joe and Martin always do a really good job and leave everything looking really good and tidy. This time we also had Luke to do some plastering and again a lovely job. We will always recommend J & M and already have them returning to do more work for us
