Prompt, reliable and supportive emergency call out. Could not have asked for a more helpful response.
Liar and thief. Do not let this "engineer" into your place. After calling to check on a faulty boiler he took a sizeable deposit to replace a part, of which, the boiler did not perform as expected of a repair. Left with a receipt with no idea who this person was now determined to be a "Steven Smith" nor the address. Stay away.
I was recommended Steve by my usual gas safety engineer as he was retiring, and I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the service Steve done and the gas safety inspection,
We have been a customer of theirs for a year or so. They serviced our boiler and it's been leaking ever since. We called them to ask them to come and have a look to be told they're not taking on anymore work...too busy! We won't use them again.
