I was incredibly anxious to discover a leak in an old plastic feeder that was caused a soaked plasterboard ceiling and water to seep through the wall below. Fearing the worst I contacted the insurance company who advised contacting a local plumber - great, but where do you start? Hundreds of options to choose from and no idea who you can (or cannot) trust.
Luckily I went for South West Plumbing - a decision based purely on the handful of positive reviews on Google. Glad to say I made a good choice - from the initial call to the completion of work I can only report a positive experience. Tom, who carried out the work, was polite, well mannered and very knowledgable. He was able to replace a faulty section of pipe and remedy the problem. All done and dusted in less than an hour, with the overall bill being far less than I had expected (less than some plumbers charge just for call out) - and no need to claim on insurance!
Overall am very impressed (and mightily relieved) with my experience and would definitely use their services again.

Excellent service from this company, they reply quickly to emails with any questions i asked and had a competitive quotation. Plumber arrived on time and did a a great job he was really professional. They text you details of your appointment. I would recommend this company and use them again in future.

From the survey at the start, right through to the handing over of the new boiler, this company and it's staff were excellent. Mike who did the survey provides all the info needed and explained what was needed. The 3 guys who fitted the boiler were clean and efficient and polite.
