I popped in here for a veggie breakfast and coffee. The breakfast was a decent offering and filling. The coffee was of a good quality and flavoursome.nThere were some great looking vegan cake options and the atmosphere was relaxed despite plenty of people coming and going.
I really enjoyed my experience at the Tea Hive. The atmosphere was great, the food and coffee were really good, and the environment was surprisingly conducive to getting a lot of work done. The staff were friendly and really accommodating and I was even given a really lovely chai cake as a taster as a really sweet gesture to a new customer. I would definitely recommend.
The cafe itself is cute and the drinks were nice. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Perhaps we came on an off day, but we really didn't enjoy the vegan breakfast. It wasn't particularly warm, and even if it had been, it just didn't taste nice.
This place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to eat a tasty lunch, there are lots of options including vegan food, alcoholic drinks, and cakes. The staff are also very lovely and welcoming.
As we were 2 families we pre-booked for 11.30 and the place was bustling on a Sunday lunch time. Staff were so friendly and the quality, portion sizes and freshness of the food was very good value for money. We thought it was all excellent. Large tea selection and free top ups and so many cakes to choose from, we had to pick most of them and share between us. Will definitely return again
