Went to station south for the first time today, I ordered the bravas potatoes. When I got the dish and tasted it, it was very very spicy. I’m not good with spice so I didn’t eat it. I mentioned it to the waiter as it doesn’t say it’s spicy on the menu and he said that the chef got the paprika and the chili mixed up so it was spicy today. It wasn’t comped and he didn’t ask if I wanted an alternative.nnCoffee was nice, the people were nice, shame about the food and the fact that nothing was done about something they knew was a problem
Nice place for a good ol' Sunday roast or for classic breakfasts. Very relaxing vibe, and the staff are nice too. Went here several times and always just had a great time.
Finally went in here today after going past many times on the 192. Really good food, friendly staff and nice setting! Chai latte with oat milk was very good. The banana bread was tasty and my partner enjoyed the Moroccan spiced veg bowl. Will be back to try more things!
