I had a terrible experience at Chaiiwala. I ordered a cup of chai, and the staff member, Emon, served me a chai that was steamed instead of fresh. When I requested a fresh one and even expressed my willingness to wait, he rudely responded, “If you want it, take it; otherwise, go.” This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a chai lover, I expect quality and respect, but unfortunately, I received neither. Extremely disappointing. I won’t be coming back.nWatery chaii nnWorst customer services from this guy every time.
I had a very disappointing experience at Chaiwala. The customer service was terrible, with unresponsive staff. Our food arrived, and we had almost finished eating before our drinks came, as shown in the photos.nnOn top of that, the table was dirty, making the experience even worse. I expected better from Chaiwala, but this visit left me very dissatisfied.
First time Went there for breakfast .Everything was ready made which are available in local stores,Their parathas are frozen ones,Masala beans were canned ones,The karak chai was cold,The water was warm and they even charges you for onion and tomatoes as topping in omelette on top of Desi Breakfast of the price mentioned on the menu.nAbsolutely waste of timenNever again.
Chaiiwala stockport road is a very wonderful place . Foods are so tasty . And their service is unmatchable with any other cafe's especially Jubayed. He is a great guy.
I recently went to chaiiwala for lunch and was given exquisite customer service by Samiyah. She was really helpful and made the experience enjoyable. Will be visiting soon again!
