Amazing service and attention to detail with their service right from when we dropped the chairs and footstools off, through the process of re upholstering them and then to collecting them. Lisa has kept me informed with each stage making sure we were happy. The chairs are of sentimental value to my husband and have been bought back to life. Amazing job. Very very pleased with the outcome.  Restrung our sofa and chair and refilled cushions to make everything more supportive and comfortable for my wife who suffers from chronic pain. Tim and his workmate couldn’t do enough for us, were friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled in meeting our needs. Highly recommended.

Having read the online reviews I decided to contact TC to enquire about having 2 sofas upholstered. I was not disappointed. The service from the very beginning was excellent. Their choice of fabrics was vast and they even sourced a particular fringing I wanted. The end result was superb. A quality service throughout. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I wish to express my gratitude for the fantastic service that I received when visiting your store on Wednesday this week. The lady working yesterday  could not have been anymore helpful if she tried. She was professional, helpful and had top class customer service. It was a sheer pleasure to be greeted and spoke to in the way you did. Tim&Lisa re upholstered our two sofas  and armchair . Also two dinning room chairs . Service was excellent, workmanship unbelievable. Would definitely recommend to anyone . Turn around was very quick even though they had a bereavement. Their staff were also helpful and welcoming. Their prices are extremely competitive . A great job done and we are extremely pleased . I was not asked to write this review but felt I really wanted to because TC Upholstery were absolutely brilliant and it's now  quite rare to find such a genuinely obliging and friendly team of professionals. Lisa gave me advice and help throughout and kept me updated on progress minimising my time without a sofa even offering a replacement for the week ! Tim and Blake did an amazing job transforming my 20 year old sofa giving it a complete new lease of life. On collection and delivery they were careful and respectful of my home and were a true pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend this company enough for a first class job and first class service !
