I called L & L Carpet to learn if they did surging for an existing carpet .  Lew informed me that they did not, but took the time to look up the name  and telephone number of a service who did do this. Needless to say, I was very impressed by his service.

Great experience with the team at L&L! No hassle in the sales office, CeCe and Lou are the best. The workers on the job were so quick and efficient at their work, it was astounding. We are very happy with our new vinyl flooring and plush carpeting! Thank you!!

We had great experience working with L&L carpet!  CeCi and Lewis took time show me carpet options and even ordered samples sent to us so the whole family can see the colors and feel the texture where the new carpet will be installed. They made sure the carpet were delivered on time so they can be installed before our new furniture was moved in. The installers came on time and completed the installation of whole upper floor within a day. The carpet is high quality and feels so soft. The price is very reasonable. We would recommend L&L carpet to anyone who look for new flooring.

Lewis is super nice guy, and gives me a decent price. He has a lot of patient and love to explain every details that you need to know. He doesn’t charge any measurement fee, and gives a total price of installation, no hidden fees. Especially you could find some pretty good deal of the carpet. I’ll post some pictures after my rooms finish.

My wife and I are so happy with Louis's installation. We have done not one, but five different installation in our new house with Louis. We wanted to place new flooring in the kitchen along with new carpets for the staircase and bedrooms plus carpets for the basement stairs.  What started with new flooring with the kitchen extended to the rest of the living room because everyone loved the floor in the kitchen. Everyone who came to our place complimented the quality and beauty of the new floors and kitchen. They loved the arabesque designs on the carpet as well. A few weeks later, my wife and I knew we had to finish the rest of the house with Louis because of quality of flooring and workmanship. He clearly showed patience in working with me and my wife and and we both agreed his workmen are top-class. Each time they came, they did quality work, were polite and cleaned up before they left. When it came to finishing the basement floor, Louis worked with me a number of flooring options to work within my budget. Thank you so much.

I always like to shop locally.  I needed new carpeting and decided to try L & L Carpet in Hillsborough.  The store owner, Lou was so helpful and friendly.  He helped me find the exact style carpet I was looking for.  Lou actually made shopping for carpeting fun!  He placed my order promptly and the carpeting was installed within one week!  The installers were very friendly, courteous and very careful not to scratch the new paint on my walls.  When needing to buy carpeting, L & L is the place to go!  Thank you Lou!!

Sometimes little mistakes end up being great surprises. I walked into this store looking for black carpet to match my dungeon. They were very respectful and helpful and found what I needed. At check out I gave them a a 50% off coupon to which they immediately explained was not for this store. As I looked down I realized it was for L&L Cabaret not L&L Carpet. We all had a good laugh about the misunderstanding and was offered 75% off which I accepted immediately and went home.

L&L was the right choice. They were very flexible with all the options and changes we made throughout the quoting process. They were also very accommodating with precautions with COVID. The installers were efficient, polite, clean and professional. They had my entire second floor and stairs complete before lunch.

Very friendly and helpful so far! Will update review when job is done, but I'm guessing the work will be as good as the service.  Update: work was flawless, best carpet installers I've ever had, and fast!

My mom Barb G. just had carpet installed in her family room. Lou is a class act and the carpet is beautiful. She would definitely recommend L&L to anyone looking to install carpet.
