First class customer experience from start to finish selling my property. Taylors were absolutely fantastic during one of the most stressful time of our lives. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Amelia particularly couldn't do enough to help us every step of the way. I'm not planning on ever moving again, but if i did i would use Taylors 100%

Amelia wasn't even our estate agent however I felt she pushed and supported the house move for the whole chain.  This company are friendly, well organised and give a very professional approach.

I had a really positive experience with Taylors Sedgley all through the house selling process. Liam's initial introduction to their services was enthusiastic and informative without being pushy, the latter being a problem I had with other agents I considered. I was very keen for all viewings to be handled by my agent, something Taylors did willingly and without complaint. I was extremely impressed by the communication I received, getting regular updates, minimum weekly, to touch base and inform me how the sale was progressing. I also think they are very fair on price compared with other agents, especially given the level of service they provide. A special thank you to Amelia, my main contact, who kept in very regular contact throughout. I would highly recommend Taylors Sedgley and would not hesitate to use them again.

The customer service from the Sedgley branch has been exceptional.  All the staff are so helpful and friendly.  Richard and Ellie especially worked hard to keep my family and I informed every step of the way.  I cannot thank them enough for making this an easy process and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service, after a false start with a different estate agent, Taylors did everything they could to help us. They got our property sold and continued to work with us during the whole process. Can't thank them enough for all of their hard work, especially Amelia. Would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service. Good communication especially advising viewings as Taylors did all the viewings for us. This meant we did not have to be at the property at all. Taylors advised us to go to sealed bids and got us a good price. The office kept us updated right up to completion day. Thank you all for your hard work. Agents fees were also very competitive. I would definitely recommend.

Taylor recently sold my property quickly, however due to solicitors it seemed to drag on forever but thanks to Amelia I was kept in the loop every step of the way, she never gave up chasing the solicitors and provided me with regular updates. Can't fault them at all.... special thanks to Amelia

Rubbish agents . Have wasted my time on several occasions by misleading me. Steer clear of these agents who will happily lead you on a wild goose chase to no where. Thanks for your public response so much different to your phone calls and emails. No positive communication recorded from this branch on two separate offers for different properties. Please use a different agent you will get no where fast with this branch. Very bad attitudes here who love to mislead.Strongly believe that there’s some kind of discrimination going on at this branch .

To want to say a special thanks to Richard and Ellie and the team at taylors sedgley a great team is needed to sell and buy any property from my experience the communication skills are vital will be using taylors again and again many thanks Gary Walker.
