Me and my partner have been looking at a first house for a couple of weeks when we came across our new house with Paul Dubberley. From the beginning to the end the staff have been nothing but amazing Elisha and Eleanor are a real credit to the company from allowing us to get a last minute viewing to keeping us up to date all the way through all the steps of renting. They are both kind courteous and informative and really tried to make everything as easy as possible we can't thank them enough. At the key swap we were welcomed by Elisha had everything signed off within 10 minutes and had a lovely new home box to welcome us to our new property it was such a nice touch to finish off an absolutely amazing experience. Savannah was extremely helpful when helping us with the sale of the house. As first time buyers, we needed to ask a lot of questions and Savannah made us feel exceptionally comfortable in doing so and made the stressful process so much more enjoyable as well as the other girls in office. Manisha has also gone above and beyond as our mortgage advisor to help us understand and go through the process of setting up our mortgage and many other processes such as building insurance etc. I can not thank the girls enough for their knowledge and support throughout the sale and mortgage process.

As a first time buyer I found the staff at Paul Dubberley very nice and very helpful. They talked me though every step of the process and made sure I was happy and understood every part of the buying process. Amazing service by the lettings agency team. Who went above and beyond to support with end the of tenancy of a tenant and securing a new tenant.  They were brilliant at keeping me informed around and worked with me to allow repairs to happen so that the property was fit for new tenants.  Many thanks lettings team.

Shabina was great! very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating when arranging multiple viewings for me. Manisha was absolutely fantastic too.
