Totally appalled that this so called caring family business in Dorridge can leave a hurst with a coffin, unattended with "Mom" in family flowers on coffin pulled up in kerb outside Dorridge chip shop obviously on way to funeral with drivers standing inside not showing any compassion/respect to deceased or bereaved family. Disgusting behaviour to somebody's Mother/Grandmother.

After using Taylor's independent Family Funeral Directors , I shall never use another funeral company, they were so professional, the conductor (owner Mr Sam Taylor) was polite and showed great compassion and empathy to myself and my family. Thank you Sam.
