Excellent service from the first day we called at the office and Jane took care of us such a lovely lady .Everything was done for us any request were quickly taken care of .May I say the singer they recommended to us for the funeral service was excellent .On the day of the funeral Bastocks as well of my lovely family made my husbands farewell such a special day thank you to all your staff .

Absolute exquisite management of the funeral from beginning to end. Every detail was catered for and delivered by the team from the moment of initial contact following the passing through to post funeral tie ups. Thoroughly recommend.

Well what can I say. every one at bastocks are kind caring and very professional indeed.my mom Valerie rigg pasted away on 11th Sept 17 as mom knew David bastock she rated them. James at barstools arranged moms funeral with his colleagues they did every thing. all I did was moms flowers.i did not have to worry about a thing. We can't thank bastocks enough for all the care they gave looking after mom and us as a family. Thank you all so much you made everything pain free. Pam Terry Anthony and Stephen and all our family thank you so much
