I have used Taylor James Financial Services on two occasions and they have been absolutely brilliant. First, for a mortgage and then a remortgage in 2022. They provide impartial whole market advice, guide and inform you throughout the process. They have a whole range of other financial services all available in one place which is very useful. Toby, Curtis and the rest of the team really took the stress out of the process. I’m using them again for a BTL mortgage as well. Very grateful and highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this service as many firms were not able to help me. My experience has been highly positive. During my purchasing process, I had experienced challenges with lenders and other personal issues with being self-employed. However, Eric and Toby were extremely supportive and encouraging and provided exceptional customer service. I have used Taylor James for both applying for a mortgage and a remortgage and they have always provided consistently good service. They contacted me well in advance of my remortgage, kept me informed of the best deals available to me and how the process was going, and were quick to act to resolve any issues. I would use them again in future and recommend them to anyone looking for a broker in London.
My financial advisor Erick Dodd was excellent and professional throughout, whilst arranging and securing a new mortgage deal for me. He kept me up to date with it's progress and quickly got back to me, with any help or guidance I needed. Mortgage administrator Adam Harris was also extremely helpful and courteous when Erick was unavailable. I would highly recommend Taylor James financial services.
Our mortgage application wasn't straightforward - however Taylor James rose to the occasion and secured us a mortgage offer at a decent rate. We experienced a number of set backs and difficulties with other parties involved in the purchase, however we were so fortunate to have Taylor James on our side - they spent an inordinate amount of time via phone and email getting matters sorted for us. We know that our mortgage application was approved due to Taylor James' tenacity - and we're so grateful that they were fighting in our corner. We cannot recommend Taylor James highly enough!
Toby was great to work with. Being a self-employed actor it’s quite difficult getting approved for a mortgage but Toby went above and beyond and got us the mortgage on our first house, with no rejections, managing to avoid any heavy hits to our credit score. Sometimes he can take a while to get back to you but I still would recommend.
My experience with Taylor James Financial Servies has been excellent since the outset. I contacted them for pensions advice, and was booked in for an introductory appointment without any hassle. Toby explained and clarified all my pension queries better than my employers and the pension company staff themselves ever did - and this is no exaggeration. I left the meeting with a clearer understanding of what I am entitled to at retirement age, and how the separate investment pots work. I am very grateful for their time and advice - definitely planning to contact them for other financial queries/advice going forward.
We were very pleased to have found Toby Keate at Taylor James to advise us on reorganising our mortgage and changing to a 'lifetime mortgage'. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, replied speedily to all our questions, went out of his way to find and compare the offers from different providers and advise us on our options, making clear the pros and cons of each. He also guided us through the process, and worked in the back ground to ensure the solicitors did their work speedily. We would highly recommend him and Taylor James to others.
