Between this branch and Head office the staff are incompetent , not a clue what they are doing and certainly not diligent. Can't get an account activated after six weeks , still on going!!!

So slow every time.  10 people waiting and 2 counters opened in mid afternoon

Worst building society ever. Staff rude and car'nt be botherd with your needs. Staff always makeing mistakes and never apologize when wrong. Stop my account years ago but have to use it for elderly relative. Thank god shes moveing soon and i can shut account down.
