To Mr Kris Pullen. I would like to say that gentleman which I had a chance to speak with today, has been absolutely amazing at his job! Usually I don't like speak via phone etc etc, however that gentleman made the conversation very nicely and also has been very helpful and clear with all information. If all people who working via phone would provided service as this gentleman, the world already would be more beautiful Thank you once again for an excellent service! Highly recommended
Long time ago I have a case between my employerBusy bees and Creative pension. Both just points of each others,blame.After when I wrote this review Andrea Smith have been contacted with me. She promised I will get all my money back 27/06/22,I got £143 instead of £215.
Very helpful went above and beyond!
Terrible experience, I have been trying to merge my 2 accounts as one for 10 months now. They have not posted the documents needed to complete this to any of the addresses provided and do not respond to any emails unless you follow up multiple times. I've also been trying to fix my incorrect pension contributions for 7 months now and I am no closer now to this being resolved then when I started. Again, virtually no communication and lack of urgency to help a paying customer. Would not recommend and can't wait for this saga to be over.

Knowledgeable customer service staff who were only too happy to go above and beyond to assist with my pension query. Big thanks to Kris who took the time to write me an email that I could forward onto my former employer to sort out a pension contributions issue.
