Fantastic! Rachel was brilliant from start to finish taking us through the various options and arranging a date to get the alarm fitted.  Engineer was a lovely guy who arrived on time and completed the work promptly whilst taking the time to answer all questions and explaining the system. Very competitively priced too! Thanks again!

I had an issue with the alarm fob so I rang Sonic alarms offices they diagnosed the fault and adviced me how to resolve the problem in a friendly manner so resolve this quickly I visited the offices a great experience friendly and professional staff made me feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend this company. Job well done

Moved out of Penarth recently having had a Sonic Alarm System there we enquired about a new alarm and cctv system in the new house. From first contact with Rachel to the two guys who turned up on time and spent the whole day installing the systems everything was professional, friendly and clean. The guys sorry forgot your names spent plenty of time explaining the system and how everything works even though we are not that tech savvy. All in all a very well done job at a reasonable price and would highly recommend Sonic to anyone

Amazing service !! After getting burgled we had our alarm system upgraded by Sonic Alarms and it has give us total peace of mind . The service Was fantastic, engineers were polite , professional and very reassuring. We can now set our alarm from any where in the world and get notification if it is set off . Fantastic Service. The whole experience of having an alarm fitted was fantastic. From having the quote to arranging a suitable installation date. The installation team were very professional. They were respectful and wore shoe covers, etc. Jack was very helpful in setting up access to the alarm on my phones. Well done to Sonic Alarms - would recommend this company.
