Engineer was a lovely guy who arrived on time and completed the work promptly whilst taking the time to answer all questions and explaining the system. Very competitively priced too! Thanks again!

I had an issue with the alarm fob so I rang Sonic alarms offices they diagnosed the fault and adviced me how to resolve the problem in a friendly manner so resolve this quickly I visited the offices a great experience friendly and professional staff made me feel like a valued customer. Moved out of Penarth recently having had a Sonic Alarm System there we enquired about a new alarm and cctv system in the new house. From first contact with Rachel to the two guys who turned up on time and spent the whole day installing the systems everything was professional, friendly and clean. The guys sorry forgot your names spent plenty of time explaining the system and how everything works even though we are not that tech savvy. All in all a very well done job at a reasonable price and would highly recommend Sonic to anyone
