I have been so impressed with the level of service I have received from Kitchener & Thomas regarding a Fridge Freezer for my elderly Auntie. Their delivery was exactly to the minute as agreed. They changed over her freezer contents and made sure everything was just right for her. They took the old one to a designated collection area (not close). No rushed job. They have been brilliant.

I live locally and always use for passport photos for all my family and never had any problems. All members of staff are friendly and helpful. Also bought a washing machine /drier which was cheaper than Curry's, Debenhams and Argos, which was amazing!

I came to get photographs taken for a working holiday visa application. The person on shift mistook that for a general photograph (for a holiday-related non-official ID card etc.), so I was a little confused as to why I was allowed to keep my glasses on. After confirming online that the photographs I had taken were not suitable, I just popped back in the next day with my pictures and explained the situation. The same employee was there, and apologised for the mixup, correcting the situation by exchanging my photographs for a fresh, proper set. I was chuffed, especially after having read a previous review about someone's trouble with passport photos here.
