As a actual park and ride i cant rate it ,as i couldent get into the place in my work van , i got to the enterance and was bombarded with no entry sighns ahead of me and to the right of me and hight restriction to my left at the enterance... so with no exit i was forced to reverse down a one way slip road onto a 3 lane caridgeway with 60mph traffic comeing at me from behind as the only exit was busses only and didnt want to get a fine or something stupid , the hight restriction is lower than a maccys drive through whitch is crazy , so be carefull if your in a caravan or even a tall car with a roof box
Consistently late/doesn't turn up for the last few weeks. Very hard to plan appointments as never sure if the bus will be reliable to the hospital.
Really easy to use, regular buses, and the bus drivers were very helpful, as we were not locals. Other travellers were friendly too, we met a lovely couple with their child on the bus.
Lots of parking spaces always available. Shame some people can't park very well. . Buses usually run to time.
The bus is never on time, and sometimes doesn't arrive at all. The 16:56 bus in the centre of the town is never on time, and is often 20 minutes late at peak commuting hours. Hopeless service that fails at the busiest times of day. This is continuous, quite literally every evening. Why does this keep happening? Your services run less often than First when they ran it, and somehow, are even more unreliable. Dreadful experience.
