We had a family room for 2 adults 2 children and 2 dogs and it was absolutely huge! Loads of room, 3 double beds and a decent size bathroom. Breakfast was okay, catered well for allergies and had high chairs for the kids. Just what we needed for our stop driving home from holiday
Really good wasn't sure what to expect.nThe staff are welcoming and sweet they work really hard. The room had everything you need and is comfortable, good breakfast . It is located just of the m5. Definitely be back
We were really impressed with this holiday inn it completely surpassed our expectations with amazing professional and welcoming staff, very clean and modern facilities plus an excellent buffet breakfast, our stay was very enjoyable plus excellent value for money.
Staff was amazing. Always ready to help. But the rooms are very small. It was major space issue with me, my wife and 10 years old son. Wish they have bigger rooms for families. Especially when booked months in advance.nThe breakfast is included for IHG members. It's decent and better than many others. Again, excellent wait staff. I'm surprised all of Britain undercooks their bacon so much. That we couldn't stomach. The sausages were one item that didn't look good. All frayed like it wasn't fresh.
Great hotel for a night or two away from home, I found it quite cheap for our stay and it included breakfast which was fantastic.nAt reception we were greeted with smiles and a friendly face, she sorted our rooms and key card very professionally.nOur room was very clean and warm with all the facilities you could want. The beds were very comfortable.nThe bar area was again very clean and welcoming with a good sized TV, all the staff we met were very helpful and nice. The only thing that I would moan about was the price of the drinks but you have to drink there really.nIt is situated buy the motorway so easy to get to and leave in the morning. It's only a short taxi journey to the town centre.nAll in all the is a quality hotel with great staff amazing rooms and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you
