Staff friendly and welcoming, prompt with service at bar. Lots of hand sanitizer around. Well spaced out in terms of tables, however glasses weren't cleared or tables cleaned when people left and people just sat down at tables... not great during a pandemic... more staff needed on the floor to ensure measures are adhered to.
Great food always. Lovely roaring fires in winter. Lovely pub. Beer garden. Excellent cheese and onion pie. Almost as good as mine.
Loved it. The bacon and cheese burger was right up there with the best burgers I've had. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere.
Excellent food and excellent service, tables nice and separated and we saw team members having their temperature checked before leaving to go home. Definitely putting the safety of the customers first. Well worth a visit.
Food was really nice and reasonably priced Service wasn't the best had to wait to be seated then was forgot about then waited ages for the bill and for our table to be cleared
Great staff, good fun even in these difficult times. Nice beer also !
