Three kebabs ordered, delivered less than half an hour after ordering, all the meat was stone cold and very dry,pitta breads were cold and rock hard. spicy spuds had obviously been re heated, missing chips, been using these for around 10 years, usually I phone and compliment them on how good the food is, this time I phoned to complain and was called a liar, then he got very rude, I said to him, you come round to my house, I only live round the corner, and you try this food and tell me if you would be happy with it after spending £30, he obviously refused, didn't even try to offer a solution, just kept calling me a liar, so terrible customer service and will never use them again, all the food went in the bin, so a total waste of £30
Will not be ordering again. Having been a satisfied loyal customer for the last 10 years, we ordered food which arrived stone cold. Portions were small and items were missing. Called to complain to the manager but was met with rudeness and accusation of being a liar. Would not recommend to anyone. Spend your money wisely elsewhere.
Customer service appalling food this evening cold some items were missing when I called was faced with a rude person swearing down the phone at me, although they then brought fresh chips out hard to trust nothing was done to them with the way I was spoken to
Absolutely disgusting!! Spent £20 and sent the complete wrong order in every way!! Never will I order from them again!!
Disgusting food taste old ,curry sauce pot size of a thumb nail, should be shut down,never buy from again dirty dirty old food
Food came really quickly but it is was cold and very greasy. It had clearly been sat there for quite sometime. When I phoned the delivery driver answered and said there was nothing they could do. Tried to claim the food was piping hot when it left but there's no way! I ordered the food and was told it would arrive within an hour but it arrived within 10 minutes. Like I said, delivery response brilliant, food quality was very very poor and their customer service was even worse!
Last 3 times food was missing from each order, Spicy Spuds, Chicken Piece and last night 2 naan breads and phoned to mention this each time and last week phone was put down on Us without an Apology etc.And again last night, Its a shame as we found the food that actually turned up really good but Customer Service shocking, You should get the items you pay for but not the case with this company
Really good open till late
Being from the north east I've always found it difficult finding a DECENT kebab down south southerners need not contest unless you've tried a northern kebab, lol however I've just been to Tasty Bites and I can honestly say their food is amazing. Fries are cooked properly, crispy, not soft or soggy like some places and the kebab meat is beautiful! I'll be coming back during my stay in Plymouth for sure!
10/10 order from here few times a month, never an issue
