Wow! Fantastic fish and chips, huge portions and fair prices. You even get a little pot with a slice of lemon and some tartare sauce! Super impressed. Well done to the new owners. We will definitely be returning.
Freshly re-opened. Please give them a try! We have and enjoyed it. The chips are tasty and not soggy. Batter lovely and light not over the top crispy. Friendly and local. Support it or loose it.
Just had some delicious cod bites and cheesy chips! The fish tastes fresh, the batter light and crispy and chips are not covered in oil like most places, they taste home made and fresh too! Very lovely lunch, thank you!
Sorry but this was not an Ocean Delight!! First and last time I’ll be getting Fish & Chips from here. I ordered online for collection, was emailed to say my order would be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived nothing was ready. Whilst waiting the whole place seemed in chaos, orders where stacked up waiting to go out and nobody seemed to know what they were doing in the kitchen. I sat and watched in horror!!! Once I got home with my order the chips were cold and horrible, all went in the bin!! The cod was tasty but the batter was very soft. Don’t bother is all I can say….. sorry.
Order large fish and chips this evening. Fish was very moist and lovely. The big let down been given old chips which clearly been reheated . They were bruise and crinkley and dry. Won't be back
Had a take out from here and all the batter was all soggy and cakey. Not very nice unfortunately. Ordered through just eat. The delivery time was half an hour compared to the hour and a bit I was quoted which was good, but I'd rather the fish and battered sausages had been cooked properly and been late rather than early
Quick Delivery, great customer service and friendly staff. One of the best Kebabs I've ever had and the Chicken Wings were amazing. Cracking Fish and Chips as well. Would highly recommend for takeaway. Thank-you!
Ordered a large kebab for 2030hrs, finally turned up at 2120. Woke up at 0330am to be sick, and now currently have all symptom food poisoning. Will not be ordering from here again!.
Amazing #desi food. Best #halal fish and chips and chicken wings were very tasty. Must visit if you are in Plymouth. Homemade food business and the staff was great. Only thing I would say is they need to put price down for the sauces and increase the quantity.
Very polite staff. Clean and tidy. Doesn’t take card payments in the shop, but they will let you place an order and then tell you that you have to pay in cash. Very frustrating. Don’t bother going if you don’t have the cash. No idea what the food is like. Try the village in crownhill - they take card payments and it’s really good!
