Always an authentic tasty meal. Central town centre location. Plenty of seating inside and outside (though the outside has gazebo plastic sheets which can be very warm when the sun is out). Lunchtime platters (for 1 or 2) are good value. Kitchen grill can be seen from main seating area. Dancing/bongs available at certain times. Great baklava/sweet treats to take away. Great drinks selection (speciality teas/coffees/col drinks). Complimentary Turkish Delight with the bill. Caution, cash only (there is a cash machine at the entrance). Highly recommended.

The service received was most friendly, professional and prompt. Despite the restaurant being almost full, as it was a Saturday night, the lady who answered the telephone to take the booking was most obliging. Whilst looking at the menu, the owner approached and in a friendly manner, suggested that we share the mixed platter. Almost immediately he took the menu cards away. The food was delicious and the drinks were fresh and zesty too. When the bill arrived the total (including drinks) was £49. Having, in the time allowed before being taken away, looked at the menus prices it would have been cheaper to order two mains and a starter to share. Therefore if anyone visits the restaurant and are offered a mixed platter (because they have not eaten middle Eastern food before) it would pertinent to ask for more time with menu cards.

Food was fantastic. Really tasty. Service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend it

We took our grandson back to uni and took him for a meal at this place. Very friendly with good food. The owner is a charming guy and very helpful. Staff also good.

Started going here every week and miss it if we don't. Always a wonderful welcome and service.. The food is absolutely stunning - fresh and full of beautiful flavours. Best Fatoush we have ever had. Amazing that we can get so excited about a salad!
